This class is packed full of high-intensity aerobic interval training, strength, and core exercises, designed to challenge your entire body and keep your muscles guessing. By training this way, you’ll burn more calories in less time compared to moderate aerobic activities. You’ll also improve your strength, endurance, speed, agility, coordination, and balance. A sense of camaraderie is encouraged among the participants and all fitness levels are welcome, as modifications are offered when needed.

Developing core strength can boost the effectiveness of your workouts and reduce the risk of injuries that may sideline your efforts to stay in shape. This is a non-aerobic, muscle-sculpting class, focused on core strength. You’ll work to strengthen your lower back, pelvis, abdomen and other major muscle groups, which results in improved total-body strength and posture. This class challenges all fitness levels is set to upbeat music and is a great way to safely learn and execute a variety of exercises in a fun and positive group setting.

Mat Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or "Powerhouse", lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Following the six principles of control, breath, flow, precision, centering, and stability will help you gain all of these benefits while maintaining your body safely. The Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Once adding a Mat Pilates workout in your routine and experiencing its benefits, it will provide the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.

Yin/Restorative Yoga (Virtual Classroom)
 
In this 60-minute online class, we will focus on restoring the mind and body, bringing ourselves back to the parasympathetic nervous system where we don't spend nearly enough time. This class is spent in longer holds, about 3-5 minutes, working into the fascia of the muscles to release tension and create space. The sequence of postures is meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body and is suitable for all levels. You will need:
