Join us for a magical experience of relaxing into the ancient healing of the power of sacred sound waves cleansing and replenishing every nerve and cell within. We will open our heart with a cup of sacred cacao, energetically, cacao is a powerful plant medicine that allows us to see and experience life from the frequency of the heart. If there is something just underneath the surface, cacao may open your ability to access it. After drinking cacao, we will drop into a Sound Bath. Separately, cacao and sound are incredibly healing medicines. Together, they co-create deeply somatic insights and experiences that heal on all levels -- physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. A variety of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain sticks, Tibetan Singing bowls, Chimes and more healing instruments will be used. The Cacao used in ceremony is allergens safe.
The session is 1 hr. Long

Passionate about Yoga & Wellness, Isabel Fry, a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher as well as Reiki healer, started her Company Breathe Retreats in 2016. It was created out of a realization that there was a need for a safe space for people to be themselves, to accept and love themselves, as well as to support and help each other grow and thrive. Creating this safe space for everyone and encouraging them to be their most authentic selves has become Isabel’s mission and passion.
Along with Retreats and Corporate Retreats, she has developed a Healing Circles to continue to support and nurture her clients.

Intro to Meditation – Session Overview (1.5 hours)

1. Connection + Intention (10 min)
Welcome, introductions, and creating a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere.
Invite participants to share what drew them to meditation and their intention.
2. Understanding Stress (15 min)
Explore the science of stress — how thoughts and environment affect the nervous system.
Introduce meditation as a simple, accessible practice for restoring balance and calm.
3. The Practice of Meditation (30 min)
Explain what meditation is (and isn’t).
Share benefits such as calm, clarity, and focus.
Guide participants through a breath-centered meditation and short mantra practice.
4. Integrating Meditation (20 min)
Lead participants through a longer guided meditation designed to deepen presence and awareness.
Create space for embodied reflection through breath, stillness, and silence.
5. Reflection + Closing (10 min)
Invite insights or questions from participants.
Close with a short grounding meditation or gratitude reflection.
Provide optional resources for continued practice.
Attendees to Bring:

We’ll begin with a 45-minute Yin Yoga class, guiding you through long, meditative holds that release tension, improve flexibility, and invite stillness into both the body and mind. With gentle lighting, soothing music, and deep breathwork, this practice will leave you feeling grounded and restored. After class, we’ll transition into a guided gin tasting, where you’ll enjoy three varieties of gin & tonics, featuring premium Hendrick’s Gin flavors perfectly paired with Fever-Tree tonic water. Sip, savor, and socialize with fellow yogis in a relaxed, welcoming space. No yoga (or gin) experience required—just come ready to relax and enjoy!
