When followed truthfully and from the heart, Karate can become a lifestyle, which positively affects everything around us. You'll see an increase in self-confidence, coordination, ability to focus, general awareness, moderation, respect for others, and more appreciation for world values. Beginners simply learn, while the advanced polish their skills. Students need to purchase their uniforms online or from the instructor for about $50, but a uniform is not required to start. Personal protective equipment (helmet, shin protectors, and gloves) costs about $120 and is required starting with the second term. Occasionally, there might be additional costs for other equipment, belt gradings, or participation in related events (T-shirts, tournaments, inviting an advanced instructor, camps, etc). As applicable, students/parents must check with their doctor or medical clinic if medical conditions would prevent moderate to intense physical activities prior to attending classes and if allowed to participate, the instructor needs to be informed about any such medical conditions. Everyone is invited to give it a try, come join us for a great experience   Please arrive early enough to ensure that class can start on time
